Image Resizing

I need to change the DPI of a picture. How can I change a picture from 96 DPI to 300 DPI?

DPI stands for "Dots Per Inch"  It's a measurement of the quality of a printer.  There's nothing you can really do with an image once you've got it on the computer.

If you resize the image larger, you're making it more pixels, and the computer is "guessing" at what those bigger pixels should be.

See: Dots Per Inch
