What do you mean by "Cingular MMS (Preferred)" or "Verizion MMS (Preferred)"
Verizon and Cingular allow for both MMS (multimedia) and SMS (short) messages to be sent via their email gateways. With an MMS message, Resizr can put an image in the message. With an SMS, Resizr just sends you a link to the image, which you have to then click on to download the image.
Which is better is probably dependent upon your phone, as all phones work differently.
